At Quantum Health, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new fashion piece doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
